Zeke Narise began working as a personal trainer in 1995 with a vision of revolutionizing the fitness industry. He transformed that vision into reality with the creation of a personalized approach to health and well-being, and with that Zeke’s Formula Health and Well-Being came to life.

Zeke’s Formula Health and Well-Being believes that the key to each individual maximizing their health and fitness goals begins with education and guidance. We take each client’s unique physiological code and use it to map out a customized formula of nutrition, fitness and recovery that will lead them to their personal best both inside and outside the gym. We offer personal training and other fitness services in Timonium, MD. Acupressure and recovery services are provided at both our Owings Mills, MD and Timonium, MD locations.

Mr. Narise understands the benefit of training in multiple modalities. There is not one perfect exercise system that will get you the results you need to function, and show off a tight physique. There is no exact timeline for getting delayed onset of muscle soreness (DOMS), and your recovery rate be based off the first two components of a health program which is nutrition and exercise selection.
