Zeke’s Formula Health & Well-Being was founded with the uniqueness of each individual in mind. We create a custom fitness program for every client that will challenge your endurance, strength, power, and agility so that you will reach your goals. Functional conditioning is enhanced with the use of compound full body movements that mimic many of the sports and fitness games in our society. We offer one-on-one personal training sessions for clients who prefer the individual attention, small group personal training (two to four people) for clients who crave the dynamic competitiveness of working out with others, boxing fitness sessions and youth sports performance athletic training for athletes under eighteen who need to take their game to the next level.

Sample workout:

  • Dynamic warm-up drills to mimic the exercises performed in the session
    • Body squats (10)
    • TRX lateral lunges (20)
    • TRX back rows (10)
    • Pelvic thrusts (15)
    • Y’s and T’s (10 of each)
  • Core Workout Plan
    • Kettle Bell Squats (15)
    • Deadlifts (15)
    • Single leg lifts (15/side)
    • Double leg lift off BOSU ball (20)
    • Planks (3 times @ 30 -45 secs)
  • Cool Down
    • Stretching of major muscle groups
    • Instruction on proper use of foam roller
