Zeke’s Formula Health and Well-Being of Owings Mills, MD provides personal training services for all ages and genders. Our mission is to educate and guide each individual on their journey to better health and fitness. Zeke Narise, certified personal trainer, is the mastermind behind the creation of this unique formula which combines strength and conditioning techniques, nutritional guidance, and recovery. He has taken over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry to develop a technique which allows each individual to improve movement patterns, muscular structure, stamina, power, speed, flexibility, nutritional awareness, and recovery.

Zeke creates every workout with the goals of the client in mind because he understands that the road to fitness success is different for every person. Some clients are interested in weight loss while other may focus of endurance training or muscle building. When designing a workout plan to meet the client’s goals, Mr. Narise takes into account the unique physiological differences, athletic background and past injuries of each individual. An in-depth evaluation and consultation is performed prior to the start of a fitness program.

At Zeke’s Formula Health and Well-Being we know the importance of a sustainable nutrition plan that works with an individual’s lifestyle, and how nutrition impacts fitness results and recovery. Mr. Narise has extensive, personal experience with different styles of eating including vegan, ayurvedic, blood type, and ketogenic. He uses his firsthand experience with these types of nutrition plans to craft a meal plan that is appropriate for a client’s lifestyle to allow for the best use of their energy. Just remember that your body and performance goals will go hand and hand with how we construct your customized nutrition plan!

Recovery from exercise is vital to the mending of muscle and vital hormones. Every time you work out you create small tears in your muscles and it is during times of recovery that muscles repair themselves and grow. Getting enough sleep each night, between six and eight hours, will ensure that the body heals and absorbs all the nutritional energy from the food you consume.
